Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the webet platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use webet's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age limit applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not prohibited by your local laws from participating in online betting activities.
- Register only one active account per individual. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
Webet reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate an existing account if the eligibility requirements above are not met at any time.
Account Creation & Information Security
When registering an account with webet, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Password Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. webet will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our team.
Identity Verification
Webet reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including official identification documents issued by Malaysian authorities. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Webet users are required to comply with all rules outlined below. Violation of any of the following rules may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure:
- Using another person's account or sharing accounts
- Engaging in fraud or game manipulation of any kind
- Using automated software or bots
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Misusing promotions or bonus programs
- Update your personal information whenever changes occur
- Report any suspicious transactions promptly
- Use the platform for legitimate entertainment purposes only
- Comply with the limits set out in the promotional terms
- Responsible for all activity on your own account
Webet reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating the above rules and to take appropriate action without being required to provide detailed justification.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the webet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds before making any deposit.
Deposit
Deposits that have been successfully processed are final and cannot be reversed. webet is not liable for any additional fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers. If a deposit is not credited within the stated timeframe, users should contact the support team and provide proof of transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are subject to any applicable wagering requirements, completed identity verification, and no active investigations on the account. webet reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold until security checks are complete. All withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the account holder's name.
Minimum and maximum limits apply to deposits and withdrawals and are subject to change at any time. Users are advised to check the current limits in their account settings before making any transactions.
Liability Limits, Account Policies and Third-Party Links
Webet Liability Limits
Webet provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, webet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or loss of profits arising from use of the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures or inaccurate information.
Account Suspension & Closure
Webet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass identity verification, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a violation, account balances may be forfeited subject to the outcome of the investigation.
Third-Party Links & Services
The webet platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment gateways. webet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms separately.
Intellectual Property
All content on the webet platform — including logos, graphics, text, software and interface design — is the exclusive property of webet or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any such content without prior written authorisation.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Webet reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date of update indicated. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the currently applicable version of the terms. If you do not agree with any amendments made, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact our team to close your account.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the webet platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution forum in accordance with the applicable legislation.
